Once received your drawing, YD’s consultant manager will reply you at the first time. Meantime, we will convene the technicians to review your drawing, then give the quotation according to the product characteristics. In order to get the accurate quotation, we’d like you provide more details of the product. Usually, the following inquiry information is required: a clear and accurate drawing, the real demand quantity and other special requirements of the product.

Generally, you will receive our quotation within 3 days, or a little longer time for many kinds of products. But we promise to quote at the latest 7 days. YD will carefully calculate each inquiry. The integrity of drawings and inquiry will save our communication time.

When you decide to cooperate with YD, please send your cooperation requirements or contract to us. After signing the contract, we will carry out the next step for mould and sample production according to your order.

YD implements ISO9001 quality control system. Your product requirements will be specified to quality control plans and implemented to producer. YD participates with the producer together in the whole process, and performs quality control in the production process and final inspection before delivery to ensure that the product quality meets your requirements.

When the products you received do not meet your quality requirements, please show us the deviation details, quantity and photos of the products, YD will reply immediately for your complaint. Once confirmed the problem, YD will solve in the way you expect, and pay for repair, reproduce, replace the unqualified products or refund.

Sample time: 15-40days after starting to make mold. Mass production: 20-40days, the accurate time depends on products.

If your order is special and urgent that production time is much less than the normal, YD will organize a special team to deal with it and will give the best solution within its ability to meet your requirements.
