  • The depth of the product is 220mm, which is relatively deep compared to the diameter of 190mm. Considering the die-casting full molding process and the need to take into account the cost. Because the larger the model die casting out of the product quality is higher, but at the same time the cost is also higher.

  • We can choose 800T, 600T, 500T die-casting machine to complete this product, but for cost considerations, we chose 500T die-casting machine. Debugging the parameters of the pressure injection, need to ensure the perfect filling of the remote product.

  • The high-pressure casting process itself is very easy to appear in the product internal subcutaneous porosity, especially in the 0.5mm below. This product is 220mm deep, need to process the position of the maximum depth of 180mm, the inner cavity of the mold pulling slope is too small will lead to the product out of the mold is not smooth, resulting in product strain, pulling the mold slope is too large will lead to the inner cavity processing volume increases, which will lead to the processing of the surface of the air holes. For this reason, we carried out a software simulation casting in the mold design stage to find an optimal balance between the processing volume and the mold exit slope. An optimal mold pull-out slope was finally obtained.

  • In the die casting process, through the debugging of injection parameters, to ensure that the product intact mold filling. In the later machining process, no defects such as porosity appeared on the machined surface.

Performance
