Product packaging

The company selects appropriate packaging materials and packaging methods based on actual conditions and requirements, and adds necessary moisture-proof and shock-absorbing measures to ensure the quality and safety of castings. Ensure that the castings can reach their destination safely without affecting the quality and efficiency of the castings.
01
Casting packaging materials
Casting packaging materials include wooden boxes, plastic bags, foam, etc. Among them, wooden boxes are suitable for packaging large castings; plastic bags are often used for packaging small castings, which can effectively prevent castings from getting damp and rusting; foam is often used as filling material for castings, which can cushion and prevent shocks.
02
Packaging method
Casting packaging methods generally include direct packaging and secondary packaging. Direct packaging refers to placing castings directly into packaging materials, such as directly packaging castings in wooden boxes; Secondary packaging is to add a layer of packaging on the basis of direct packaging. For example, the castings are first packaged in plastic bags, and then the plastic bags are placed in wooden boxes for packaging.
03
Moisture-proof and shock-proof measures
During the packaging process of castings, attention should also be paid to moisture-proof and shock-absorbing measures. Before packaging, castings should be cleaned first and a layer of anti-rust oil should be applied to the surface to prevent rust. The selection of packaging materials should meet the requirements of moisture-proof and shock-proof. At the same time, an appropriate amount of desiccant should be added during the packaging process to absorb moisture on the surface of the casting, and fillers such as foam should be added during the packaging process to ensure that the casting is not affected by vibration during transportation.
