How to choose and purchase iron castings

Our iron casting capabilities encompass both automatic and hand molding processes. We utilize an automatic molding line as well as a hand molding line to cater to different casting requirements.

We work with various materials and grades for iron castings, adhering to European standards such as GG20, GG25, GG30, GGG40, GGG50, and GGG60. The maximum product size we can accommodate is 1500*1500*2500mm.

Our iron castings range in weight from 1kg to 1000kg, offering versatility in terms of applications and requirements. For static press molding, we utilize plate sizes of 800*600mm.

With a production capacity of 3000 tons per year across our two foundries, we are well-equipped to meet the demands of our customers. Our current main product portfolio includes pump bodies, turbine housings, brackets, valve parts, impellers, auto components, pipe fittings, and other engineering castings.
